By accessing this website, creating an order, or purchasing from LynxLabs, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from them. If you place an order for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. You may use the site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the laws that apply where you live and where the materials will be received or used.

Products offered by LynxLabs are supplied for laboratory research use only. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, medical devices, or consumer products and are not intended for human or animal consumption, administration, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or veterinary use.

You may not purchase, resell, describe, or use a product in a way that conflicts with its research-use-only status. We may decline or cancel an order when the stated or apparent purpose is inconsistent with this restriction.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms that we received the order; it does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and fulfillment begins.

We may reject, limit, or cancel an order because of inventory, payment, pricing or listing errors, shipping restrictions, suspected fraud or misuse, an incomplete address, or legal and compliance concerns. If a paid order is cancelled by us, the amount collected for the cancelled items will be refunded through an available method.

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless the site clearly states otherwise. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are displayed before an order is submitted. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for any fees imposed by your financial institution or payment provider.

Payment must be received and verified before fulfillment. We may correct an obvious pricing, calculation, or product-listing error before accepting an order and will give you the option to proceed at the corrected amount or cancel.

Product pages, photographs, descriptions, analytical results, and certificates of analysis are provided to identify and document research materials. Images may be representative. Fill, packaging, specifications, purity results, batch references, and supporting documents may change between lots.

Review the product page and the certificate that corresponds to the current lot before ordering and again upon receipt. A certificate for one batch is not evidence for a different batch. Product information does not guarantee a particular experimental result.

LynxLabs ships within Canada using Canada Post unless the checkout or order confirmation states otherwise. Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, service interruptions, remote destinations, and address issues may affect delivery.

You are responsible for a complete and accurate delivery address and for monitoring tracking after dispatch. Contact us promptly if tracking is inconsistent, a package appears damaged, or Canada Post marks an order delivered that you cannot locate. Resolution is governed by our Refund Policy and may require a carrier investigation.

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. Cancellation is not guaranteed after payment confirmation or once fulfillment has begun. Because chain of custody and storage conditions cannot be verified after delivery, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted.

Incorrect, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise defective orders are reviewed under the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

You are responsible for determining whether purchase, possession, import, storage, handling, transfer, and use are lawful in your jurisdiction. Materials must be handled by qualified personnel in an appropriate controlled environment using suitable procedures, records, storage, containment, and personal protective equipment.

You are also responsible for maintaining lot identity and chain-of-custody records and for preventing access by children, unauthorized persons, and animals. Do not rely on this website as a substitute for institutional protocols, safety data, professional advice, or regulatory guidance.

You may not:

• use the site or products for an unlawful, deceptive, clinical, therapeutic, or veterinary purpose;
• misrepresent your identity, intended use, authority, or delivery information;
• interfere with site security, scrape protected areas, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access;
• copy or republish site content in a way that implies endorsement or changes research-use-only statements; or
• resell products without preserving accurate identity, lot, documentation, and legally required disclosures.

The site and its original text, design, graphics, logos, photographs, and software are owned by or licensed to LynxLabs and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may make a reasonable internal copy of product and batch documentation for procurement and research records, but no other licence is granted.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. LynxLabs does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, privacy practices, or services.

To the extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. LynxLabs does not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free content, suitability for a particular protocol, or any particular research outcome. Product-specific commitments are limited to the information attached to the accepted order and the applicable lot documentation.

To the extent permitted by law, LynxLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from site use, improper handling, unauthorized use, regulatory non-compliance, or experimental decisions. Any aggregate liability connected with an accepted order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where the law does not permit that limitation.

We may update these terms to reflect operational, legal, or service changes. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively when posted; the version in effect when an order is accepted governs that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting mandatory rights available in your province or territory. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
