Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information LynxLabs collects, why we use it, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you.
Last updated August 31, 2026
1. Scope
This policy applies to personal information collected through the LynxLabs website, order and account flows, customer support, email communications, analytics, and related business operations. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that publish their own privacy policies.
“Personal information” means information about an identifiable individual. It does not include information that has been aggregated or de-identified so that it can no longer reasonably identify you.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with LynxLabs, we may collect:
- Contact and account information, such as your name, email address, phone number, and account or order-access details;
- Order and fulfillment information, including products, quantities, billing status, shipping address, tracking details, order notes, and support history;
- Payment-related information, such as payment status, amount, reference, and fraud-prevention signals. A payment provider may process additional financial information under its own policy;
- Communications, including inquiries, replies, product questions, preferences, and records needed to resolve a request;
- Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, interactions, timestamps, and approximate location derived from network data; and
- Marketing preferences, including whether you subscribed, opened a message, used a promotional link, or asked to unsubscribe.
3. How information is collected
We collect information you provide directly when you place or track an order, create or access an account, complete a form, contact us, subscribe, or otherwise communicate with LynxLabs. We also collect limited technical and activity information automatically when you use the site.
We may receive information from service providers involved in payments, hosting, analytics, security, communications, database operations, or delivery. For example, a carrier may provide tracking events and a payment service may confirm whether a payment was completed.
4. How we use information
We use personal information only for reasonable business and legal purposes, including to:
- receive, verify, fulfill, deliver, and support orders;
- provide order tracking, account access, receipts, and service messages;
- respond to questions, complaints, access requests, and policy inquiries;
- maintain product, batch, transaction, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention records;
- protect customers, the site, and LynxLabs from abuse, unauthorized access, and unlawful activity;
- understand site performance and improve navigation, content, products, and customer experience;
- send marketing messages where you have consented or where otherwise permitted, and honour unsubscribe requests; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
5. Cookies and analytics
The site may use cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to keep the site functional, remember preferences, protect forms, maintain order or account state, measure traffic, and understand which pages or campaigns are useful.
You can restrict cookies through your browser, but some site functions may not work correctly. Analytics and advertising controls offered by your browser, device, or relevant provider may also limit certain measurement. We do not intentionally place sensitive order details into analytics event payloads.
6. When information is shared
We do not sell personal information. We may share only the information reasonably needed with vendors that support hosting, databases, email, analytics, customer support, payment processing, fraud prevention, accounting, fulfillment, and delivery. These providers process information under their own terms or service agreements.
We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request; to investigate fraud, security, or unlawful conduct; to protect legal rights and safety; or as part of a business financing, reorganization, merger, or sale where appropriate safeguards apply.
7. Storage and international processing
LynxLabs operates from Canada, but service providers may store or process information in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions. Information processed outside your province or Canada may be subject to the laws and lawful-access rules of that jurisdiction.
We use service providers and configurations that are appropriate for the type of information involved and limit access to people and systems that need it for an authorized purpose.
8. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, including order fulfillment, customer support, security, dispute resolution, tax and accounting records, legal compliance, and enforcement of agreements. Different records have different retention periods.
When information is no longer required, it is deleted, anonymized, or securely isolated from routine use, subject to backup cycles and legal obligations.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed for the sensitivity of the information, including access controls, encrypted connections, service-provider controls, and monitoring. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Protect your order-access links, account credentials, and devices. Contact us if you believe your information or account access has been compromised. Do not send full payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary email or forms.
10. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law and reasonable identity verification, you may ask to access or correct personal information, withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, or request deletion of information that we are not required to retain. You may also challenge our compliance or ask how a decision was made.
You can unsubscribe from promotional email using the link in the message or by contacting us. Service messages about an active order, security, or policy change may still be sent when necessary. To make a privacy request, use the contact form and describe the request without including sensitive payment information.
11. Children
The site and products are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
12. Policy changes
We may update this policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on the site or communicated where required by law.
