Product pages show batch documentation up front when a verified public document is available; otherwise the page directs you to contact support before ordering.
Canada-only fulfillment
Orders ship from Canada in plain packaging, with totals and shipping shown before submission.
Research-use framing
Products are supplied for lawful research contexts only, not for human or veterinary use.

Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our shop, add products to your order, enter your Canadian shipping address, and submit. Payment instructions are sent to your email.
What happens after I submit an order?
Your submission creates an order for review. We email the order summary, research-use confirmation, shipping details, and payment instructions; no card is collected on site, and you can contact support before sending payment if any batch, COA, or address detail needs clarification.
Do you ship outside Canada?
We currently ship to Canadian addresses only. Contact us if you have questions about international availability.
Products
Do you provide COAs?
Yes. Every product listing includes purity data and a Certificate of Analysis you can view and download.
How do I confirm the COA matches my batch?
Check the lot or batch ID on the product page COA against the label on the vial you receive. If the batch details do not match, pause your research workflow and contact us before using the material.
What if a COA is missing or unclear before I order?
Do not guess from a similar product or older lot. Contact support with the product name and requested batch reference so we can point you to the current documentation before you submit a research order.
What documentation should I save for my records?
Save the product page, current COA, batch or lot ID, order confirmation, tracking email, and any support correspondence. Keeping those records together makes the research-use sourcing trail easier to audit after delivery.

All products are sold for research purposes only and are not intended for human consumption. Please see our full disclaimer for details.
Shipping
How is shipping calculated?
Orders over $200 CAD ship free. Under $200, shipping is a flat $25 CAD. Totals are shown before checkout.
How fast do you ship?
Orders placed before 2 PM ET ship same day. Most Canadian addresses receive delivery within 2–4 business days.
Is my order discreet?
Yes. All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no product names visible on the outside.
Research
What does research use only mean?
It means our products are labeled and sold for lawful research contexts. You are responsible for how you use them under the rules that apply where you live.
